Bishop Daniel J. Garrett was a proud member of the Greater Open Door Missionary Baptist Church, where he served as Youth Minister for several years. 21 years ago, under the leadership of his late father, Pastor Wilbur Garrett, Rev. Garrett began preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And, for 18 years and counting, his lovely wife, Zanyta, has walked faithfully by his side.
